What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to design and develop email and landing page templates within HubSpot. This includes creating mockups, guiding the development team through the implementation process, and conducting training sessions for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UI design, be proficient in Figma, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both clients and internal teams.

What are you expected to do?

Design & Development:

  • Design and create high-quality email and landing page templates within HubSpot.
  • Develop wireframes and mockups in Figma based on client briefs and project requirements.
  • Provide clear and concise briefs to the development team and oversee the design implementation process.

Client Interaction:

  • Take and interpret client briefs, transforming their ideas into effective design solutions.
  • Provide clients with guidance on best practices and lead them towards the most effective design choices.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to help them understand and use the templates effectively.

Project Management:

  • Manage the entire design process, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate closely with the US team and ensure alignment with the Australian team, managing time zone differences effectively.
  • Proactively address situations where client requests may not align with optimal outcomes, offering alternative solutions.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly in creating email and landing page templates.
  • Amenable with 2am-10am PHT shift.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of design principles.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms for developing and deploying templates.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide clients towards the best solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively during the specified hours to ensure collaboration with international teams.
  • Open to considering both junior-level designers with strong execution skills and more senior candidates who can bring additional value to the team.

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

  • Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic template customization.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
