What are we looking for?
We are in search of someone who is well-organised and an excellent communicator to directly support our client in maintaining a leading position across their brand categories in child safety, pet accessories and home DIY hardware. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager.

What are you expected to do?

  • Customer service support, primarily through email and live chat
  • Process warranty claim applications and respond to customer queries
  • Respond to customer feedback and comments on retailer websites
  • Process customer orders for replacement parts
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Provide generalist administrative support across the business, including but not limited to, operations, accounts, warehousing, design, and marketing teams

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Helpdesk or Chat Support roles.
  • You are willing to work in these particular schedule: Thursday to Monday from 4:30PM - 1:30AM Pht
  • You have a background in an e-commerce or retail-based customer service role
  • Must have experience in ticketing tools/software and live chats.
  • You are proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlooks, Word, an Excel)
  • You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are highly organised, motivated, and able to work independently
  • You are passionate about delivering customer value

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
