What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Member Experience and Engagement – Assistant Manager to ensure our team members feel valued, supported, and empowered in their roles. You will play a vital role in fostering employee well-being, engagement, and productivity by providing essential resources and support. As the key communication link between employees and external clients (line managers), you will help maintain strong relationships and a positive work culture. What are you expected to do?
1. Resource and Support Management
- Provide direct support to employees, addressing HR, IT, training, and professional development needs.
- Proactively resolve operational or administrative challenges that impact employee productivity.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and address employee concerns promptly.
2. Member Satisfaction, Engagement, and Retention
- Foster open communication to ensure employees feel connected and supported, especially in a hybrid work environment.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and workplace experience.
- Identify potential challenges affecting employee retention and proactively develop solutions.
- Support employee well-being through mental health initiatives and wellness programs.
- Ensure employees feel valued and supported throughout their journey with the company.
3. Culture Building
- Promote company values through initiatives that reinforce an inclusive and positive work culture.
- Organize activities that align employees with organizational goals and foster a sense of purpose.
- Cultivate an environment of inclusivity, collaboration, and belonging to strengthen team cohesion.
4. Communication and Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between employees and their external line managers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Facilitate two-way feedback between employees and clients to enhance collaboration.
- Maintain open lines of communication to address workplace concerns in a timely manner.
- Partner with the Client Success Manager (CSM) and other stakeholders to address employee needs and align with company goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives that improve both employee and client experiences.
5. Performance and Relationship Management
- Support employees in understanding performance expectations and career growth opportunities.
- Build strong, professional relationships between employees and external clients to ensure effective collaboration.
6. Member Development
- Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Reporting
- Track and analyze key metrics related to engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Prepare and present regular reports on employee experience initiatives and outcomes.
- Use data insights to recommend and implement improvements.
8. Ad Hoc Tasks and Special Projects
- Support special projects and initiatives to improve the employee experience.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to address evolving organizational needs.

You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years experience in HR, with a proven track record in culture building, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- You are skilled in managing hybrid or remote teams, ensuring employees feel supported and engaged.
- You are amenable to work onsite (Ayala, Makati Office).
- You have strong technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems, data reporting, and engagement tools.
- You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- You demonstrate emotional intelligence, fostering positive relationships and understanding employee needs.
- You are a problem-solver, able to address workplace challenges with innovative solutions.
- You are data-driven, using analytics to guide engagement strategies and workplace improvements.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
