What are we looking for?
As a Python Developer, your role involves contributing to or leading development efforts on small-to-medium sized projects, enhancing geospatial optimization algorithms within the telecommunications field. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to align development efforts with broader business objectives and drive team performance through technological enhancements. What are you expected to do?

• Contribute to and/or lead development efforts on small-to-medium sized internal and/or client-facing projects.
• Enhance a suite of geospatial optimization algorithms, contributing to the field of telecommunications engineering.
• Consider the broader business context and product roadmap, aligning development efforts accordingly.
• Liaise with stakeholders to plan, manage, and build software solutions.
• Drive team performance improvements through the introduction of technological enhancements and best practices.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have atleast 5 years of experience in Python development
• You demonstrate proficiency in Python development, delivering structured, extensible, testable, efficient, and documented solutions.
• You navigate environments with unclear requirements, autonomously crafting effective solutions while receiving support from experienced colleagues.
• You are committed to technical excellence and innovation, contributing to team guidelines and standards.
• You present solutions effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You collaborate with product managers and fellow developers in a supportive and pragmatic manner.
• You are familiar with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Bitbucket and Jenkins, or equivalent experience.
• You approach complex problems with a focus on simplicity in solutions.
• You have a self-starter mentality, quickly grasping proprietary algorithms and libraries, with support from friendly team members.
• You have a track record of conducting code reviews and providing meaningful feedback.
• Your communication skills are strong, enabling you to engage with internal and external partners, coupled with self-awareness and empathy.
• You demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn, develop, and share new skills and industry knowledge.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

• There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
• We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
• If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
