What are we looking for?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support our sales teams based in Australia and the US. This role involves managing administrative tasks tied to our HubSpot Deal pipeline, assisting with content management, drafting proposals and statements of work (SoWs), and offering comprehensive support throughout the sales process. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations, making sure our sales process is streamlined, and supporting the team in meeting its goals. A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are crucial for this role.


What are you expected to do?

  • HubSpot Deal Pipeline Management: Administer and maintain the deal pipeline, ensuring deals are up-to-date and efficiently progressing through each stage.
  • Deal Progression: Monitor and track deal progress, assisting in closing deals.
  • Content Management Support: Help manage and organize content postings, ensuring they align with overall sales and marketing objectives.
  • Proposal and SoW Drafting: Assist in preparing sales proposals, statements of work, and related documentation.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with senior sales team members to support and streamline the sales process from lead acquisition through to closing deals.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and operational functions.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.



You’ll be a great fit if:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar administrative role (experience supporting international teams preferred).
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot; ability to manage deal pipelines efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with diverse teams across different time zones.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating the needs of the sales team.
  • Experience drafting proposals, contracts, or sales documents is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use new platforms (e.g., HubSpot, project management tools).

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
